DO NOT Buy this Type of Cat Collar if You Want Your Cat To Stay Safe
After having to search for a new collar for my youngest cat, Tiger, I am very disappointed in PetCo, Wal-Mart, and Target. Pet Smart I can only say I am disappointed that they didn’t restock their collars... http://ping.fm/oNuyS
